Please let me say this, during the Covid-19. If we are ever in another pandemic, Costa Rica is where you want to be. From travelers during this time, they have all said Costa Rica gets an A+ for handling people entering the country (i.e. temperature taking and quarantine procedures before you are even allowed to leave the airport), controlling its borders, keeping hospitals and workers safe. The people themselves are a bit more care-free, but the government has a great plan and its in place. As of right now, the country is open to all Travellers, just check the entry requirements for International Health Insurance, and know your own country’s requirements to return (i.e. US requires a negative covid test to be taken within 3 days of returning).

Trying to decide if a move to Costa Rica is right for you?
Whether this is your first or fifteenth trip to Costa Rica, finding your forever place should be a great experience. We personally show you the Central Highland areas of San Ramon, Palmares and Atenas, and Grecia and Naranjo. We see homes for sale and rent, and lots for sale in each area. We see the towns, shopping, car dealers, the post office, even visit the bank. If dates and weather allow, we will shop at the local farmers market and go to Childrens day in the San Ramon park (great day for our family tour guests). We can add on lunch with healthcare experts, visit local schools, meet with a local attorney, whatever your needs are specifically, we will address those and get YOUR questions answered, and answer a few you never knew you had! PLUS we have FUN in each area! Visit La Paz Waterfall garden in Poas on Grecia day. Head to Nuevo Arenal and take a sunset boat tour on the lake after a day of real estate showings and town exploration. Drive down to the hot springs of the Volcano and go zip lining or horseback riding. Add on a trip to Monteverde to visit the Cloud Forests and on to Playas del Coco for some delightful beach time. Or add on a day to Paquera, a new up and coming beach area on the inside tip of the Nicoya Peninsula – great beaches for swimming and quiet relaxation away from the touristy surf beaches of the Pacific Coast. To give you an idea of pricing – lots we see start at $45k, and you can build a nice house for $65k. So how does a starting price of $110k for a new home in Paradise sounds? If you have already decided on the Central highlands, but would like some more in depth information on the different areas here, we can do that too. We can also add a rental car for your time, to explore on your own.
