We have been serving Costa Rican Travelers and Worldwide Tourists for the past 15 years, and now we are choosing to make some changes to continue doing that – to keep both ourselves, and our guests safe, while still being able to offer our beautiful mountaintop as a haven for peace, relaxation, and wellness. Visitors will want to know what we are doing to keep them safe while staying with us a Vista Valverde. It is simple: Almost Contact Free Vacation Rentals upon request (we do need to get you the keys and show you around), 24 hours between 3+ day rentals to clean and disinfect, and all our public, shared areas are outdoors. Masks are optional, and social distancing considered an all due respect unless people tell you otherwise. Vista Valverde offers 2 different houses, each far apart, with 9 acres to roam and socially distance if you wish.
As of right now, ALL FOOD SERVICES ARE CLOSED at Vista Valverde’s rentals. There is NO FOOD or Breakfast included, and no TVs (the point to being here is to get away!). But we do offer pretty terrible internet for those in need.
ALMOST NO CONTACT MEANS:
24 HR CLOSURES BETWEEN GUESTS Each casita will be kept vacant and aired for 24 hours, then thoroughly cleaned and sanitized following EVERY 3+ day rental.
Housekeeping: TBD – week long and short term rentals may make cleaning arrangements with us for a small fee.
Checkin/Checkout will be coordinated by email/text/phone with Danny. We will greet you, keys will be sanitized and handed over by the door, and that is all! We will ask guests to respect the self-isolating choices of anyone else who lives here and call/text us with questions instead of walking over to the main house.
Services Don’t cry! But all our services are temporarily cancelled. There is no breakfast, dinner, tours, shuttles, etc. unless previously arranged with us. If you would like to see Real Estate in our area, please contact us at kim@vistavalverde.com. Thank you!
